RESERVATION CONDITIONS ON WWW.TOPDIVE.COM WEBSITE
The present conditions apply to all reservations made through the site www.topdive.com (via the reservations form or email)
Upon booking of a service provided by TOPDIVE on its website, the customer accepts the following reservation conditions.
1 – Prices quoted on the site www.topdive.com
All rates fixed on the site www.topdive.fr are quoted in Pacific francs, inclusive of tax.
All rates are subject to yearly modification. They are considered confirmed upon the time of booking.
2 – Reservations and Payment
All reservations at special internet rates (10% discount) must be accompanied by the full payment of services booked at least 15 days before your first dive. A link to our secure credit card payment system shall be sent to you by our team to settle payment of services ordered and confirm your reservations. You also have the possibility to settle payment for your booking by bank transfer.
3 – Cancellations
After payment, cancellation of your reservations may incur the following cancellation charges:
– Cancellation after payment: 50% of the total
– Cancellation within 48 hours: 100% of the total
No refund or compensation will be made if the services booked are not used (NO SHOW).
In the event of cancellation due to health reasons and upon presentation of a medical certificate, only 20% of cancellation fees will be applied.
TOPDIVE reserves the right to cancel its services due to weather conditions or force majeure. In such case, all cancellations of services rendered by TOPDIVE will entail a full refund of payment.
